Martin Pluschke is a senior IT executive with extensive experience in large-scale software delivery and digital transformation in highly regulated industries. He currently leads an IT organization of around 500 professionals, with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, delivery, stability, security, and governance.
Previously, he founded and led CodeCamp:N, a software engineering and developer enablement startup, and worked as an Executive in Residence with Startupbootcamp and Axel Springer, supporting digital ventures across technology, product, and organizational design.
