Martin Pluschke is a senior IT executive with extensive experience in large-scale software delivery and digital transformation in highly regulated industries. He currently leads an IT organization of around 500 professionals, with end-to-end responsibility for strategy, delivery, stability, security, and governance.

Previously, he founded and led CodeCamp:N, a software engineering and developer enablement startup, and worked as an Executive in Residence with Startupbootcamp and Axel Springer, supporting digital ventures across technology, product, and organizational design.

In parallel, he is active in academic and professional education, teaching at universities of applied sciences and at the Berufsbildungswerk der Versicherungswirtschaft (BWV) on software engineering, digital transformation, and how IT creates business value.

He is also a frequent speaker at international conferences and industry events, known for a clear, pragmatic take on IT leadership under complexity—positioning technology as a strategic enabler rather than a cost center.
