Andrey Mitrev has more than 20 years of experience in IT and BPO. Throughout his professional journey, he has held a variety of roles, including IT Admin, IT Consultant, Team Manager, Operations Manager, and Project/Program Manager. He is currently Head of Z Ecosystem and Client Skills Leader for EMEA at IBM. His focus is on increasing the Z Ecosystem footprint across EMEA by driving Z skill and community growth across clients and partners, IBM Z Skill programs adoption as well as university engagement and Z talent development.
He is passionate about mainframe skills, personal growth and is deeply invested in understanding what drives success as well as how to navigate complex business environments with a focus on both – clients and business outcomes.
