Dejan began his journey in 1997 as a Db2 DBA on z/OS, and for the last 20 years, he has been working at CROZ as a Mainframe Senior Consultant and Team Leader.
He has served as the technical architect and supervisor for large implementation projects, focusing on turning complex legacy mainframe systems into efficient, automated, and highly usable platforms.
Outside the projects he spends much of his time mentoring the next generation of mainframe practitioners, ensuring that the skills and innovation of the CROZ team continue to grow. Besides work he practices mindfulness and spends some of the free time cycling and exercising. At least until his granddaughter grows a little bit so he can teach her mainframe skills.
