Max is a Brand Technical Specialist at IBM who bridges the gap between traditional enterprise computing and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Computer Science, he originally built his technical foundation working on BGP and MPLS networks in Deutsche Telekom’s IP backbone department. Shifting his career away from core networking, Max transitioned to the mainframe ecosystem in 2021 through the Master@IBM program. Today, his expertise lies in driving platform innovation, specializing in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and DevOps on IBM Z. Outside of his professional role, Max brings his endurance to the pavement as a dedicated marathon and half-marathon runner, and channels his love for technology into experimenting with servers and services in his personal homelab.
