With 25 years of experience in designing digital experiences, Tim Reiser dedicated the last 10 years to design software products in IBM Z. He is based in the Technology Campus in Ehningen, Germany.
Since joining IBM in 2015, Tim has built and led high-performing design teams across multiple domains. From 2016-2018, he established the design practice for IBM Z Hardware Platform Management. In the following 5 years, he led the design team for IBM Cloud Hyper Protect Services, including the Unified Key Orchestrator, which earned both a Red Dot Award (2023) and German Design Award (2024). Currently, he is co-leading the UX vision and execution for the next generation of z/OS management, designed specifically for the next generation of IT professionals.
