Paul Pilotto started his career in 1983 as a COBOL/CICS/IMS/DB2 programmer and he has ever since, worked solely in IBM Mainframe engagements. In 2016 Paul joined IBM as a Worldwide Solution Architect for Z DevOps solutions. In this role he supported direct customers and IBM System Integrators and Business Partners on their Modernization engagements with their customers in using DevOps Tools on System Z.

As of June 2021, Paul co-founded Graytitude Mainframe Solutions. His focus is very Application Modernization, API, Microservices and DevOps driven, and he easily translates customer requirements around these topics into solutions and implementations. He integrates private and public cloud related development topics with the IBM Z Software stack including hybrid solutions with Red Hat OpenShift.
